SARAH RORABECK

Sarah is originally from Oshawa, Ont. and it was in the Durham region that Sarah realized her passion for the arts through dance. She attended Janice Lynn School of Dance in Whitby for 14 years, where she studied several dance forms and completed her associate level dance exams with honours.

Her passion for the arts exploded when she did her first musical, Les Miserables, at the age of 14. From then on, Sarah hasn’t stopped singing, dancing or acting. She graduated from Sheridan College’s Music Theatre Performance program in 2013, where her final performance on the Sheridan stage was as Mary Flynn, in Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along.

Sarah started teaching dance to children at the age of 15, and it has been a love of hers ever since. From teaching 3-year-olds basic ballet to choreographing group numbers for advanced dancers, she has done it. Her dancers and choreography have won awards all over Ontario.
