Jessica is an accomplished performer, teacher and choreographer. She is a musical theatre graduate from Randolph College for the Performing Arts, a former Miss Dance of Canada and a member of the Professional Adjudicator’s Alliance. Jessica is the choreographer for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Toronto casting team and the assistant choreographer on the 2013 Miss Universe Pageant. She has judged and sat on audition panels throughout Canada, including the casting team for the North American debut of the musical Dirty Dancing. Jessica’s career has taken her from North America to Europe and even Asia. Her resume includes ten seasons with Drayton Entertainment, a season at the prestigious Stratford Festival, a National Tour, cruise ships and dance companies, such as Helix Dance Project and D’Neuve Contemporary Dance Theatre. She has performed with artists such as Carly Rae Jepsen, Fefe Dobson, Kreesha Turner, Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock and C&C Music Factory. Her favourite theatre credits include the following: the U.S. National Tour of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, 42nd Street at The Stratford Festival, the world premiere of Dance Legends, Mamma Mia, West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Sweet Charity, Mary Poppins, Cabaret, White Christmas, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Jessica’s film and television credits include the following: The Social, Satisfaction, Ghostly Encounters, Hearts of War, Killing Zelda Sparks, Repo! The Genetic Opera, numerous commercials and print ads. As a young dancer, Jessica’s love for performing began in the dance studio. She hopes to encourage all students by guiding them with constructive criticism in a fun and inspiring way.
