CAITLIN McKEON

Caitlin has been dancing since age ten, training in tap, ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical and her favourite discipline, acro. As a competitive dancer, Caitlin has received many special awards and overall awards for her groups, duets, trios and solos. She has completed examinations in various disciplines with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD), consistently receiving honours. Caitlin was an assistant dance instructor at Absolute Dance for three years and supply taught many classes before taking on a teaching position.

Caitlin has taught at multiple studios in the London, ON area. Her choreography has won multiple overalls and special awards at competitions across Southern Ontario, including “Judge’s Choice” and “Creative Choreography”. Caitlin’s passion for teaching stems from helping her students to achieve their goals and from seeing the growth in her students with each season.

Caitlin has many years of working in professional theatre under her belt and looks forward to many more. She is always growing from new experiences and is excited to bring new, fresh ideas to her students. Caitlin is thrilled to have any opportunity to share the gift of dance with her students. She hopes that her commitment and passion for teaching will inspire young dancers and motivate them for years to come.
